COMPLETING YOUR ORDER:
Items are prepared and shipped within 3 days of receipt of your payment. All jewellery is beautifully presented in branded VTJ gift boxes or Organza bags, and further packaged for delivery.
UK DELIVERY:
Your shipment will be delivered via Royal Mail 1st-Class "Registered" post. A signature is required for all deliveries. Postage and handling fee of £2.50 will be added to your order. This is the only option for North Ireland and surrounding UK island deliveries.
UK NEXT DAY delivery is available to addresses within the mainland UK only. This is an option at check-out. A signature is required on all deliveries. Postage and handling fee of £4.50 will be added to your order. Paid orders must be received by 12 noon Monday - Thursday for delivery the next day (we do not offer Saturday delivery). *NOTE: Some areas require 2 days for delivery*.
EUROPE DELIVERY (includes Republic of Ireland):
For delivery within Europe, shipping is via UK Royal Mail "International Small Packet" up to 1K. A signature is required for all deliveries. Postage & handling fee of £8.00 will be added to your order. If you require an alternative shipping service, please enquire.
REST OF THE WORLD:
For delivery anywhere outside the UK and Europe, shipping is via UK Royal Mail "International Small Packet" up to 1K. A signature is required for all deliveries. Postage & handling fee of £10.00 will be added to your order. If you require an alternative shipping service, please enquire.

At VTJ, no purchase is complete until you are satisfied. We understand shopping on the web is a unique experience; therefore, product photographs, specifications and colours are sometimes not exactly what you expect. At VTJ we hope our products exceed your expectations, and we offer a ’14-day Money Back Guarantee’ to strengthen your confidence. Should you wish to return your goods within 14 days of receipt for any, return it to us unused, in its original condition along with its original packaging and proof of purchase and we will refund the full price within 30 days of us receiving the returned item.
