Placing of an order with VTJ will be deemed as acceptance by the customer of these below terms & conditions. If you do not agree to our Terms & Conditions, you must not use this site.
SALES
1. Items sold directly via VTJ (VTJ website www.valriteare.com, VTJ consumer fairs, or VTJ mail-order sales) are supported by the herein VTJ Terms & Conditions.
2. VTJ holds most all items in stock, however items are offered subject to availability.
3. If you wish to purchase an item that is OUT OF STOCK, please contact us with full item description and we will contact you when the item is available.
4. All prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice, and may be altered or removed from our range at any time.
5. Items will be charged at the current price at the time of your order.
PAYMENT
1. Payment made through www.valriteare.com is made via PayPal. You are NOT required to hold a PayPal account to make a purchase. Please see PayPal details at www.paypal.com
2. If you wish to make payment via CHEQUE, Money Order or bank transfer, all payments will be cleared through our bank account, and may take up to 10 working days before goods are dispatched. Please contact us for details.
3. We are not able to accept CASH by way of payment for web or mail-order sales.
4. Always keep your proof of purchase.
DELIVERY
1. All merchandise is shipped with required signature.
2. Standard delivery within the UK is via 1st class Royal Mail 'recorded' and may take several days from date of dispatch. This is the only delivery option for N.Ireland and surrounding UK islands.
3. Next-Day delivery is available to MAINLAND UK customers only, and £4.50 will be added to your order -- this is an option when you check out. Next-Day delivery is not guaranteed 24 hour delivery as some areas require 2 days. Orders must be completed by 12noon Monday - Thursday; (we do not offer Saturday delivery -- if ordered on Friday your parcel will be delivered Monday). Next-Day delivery is not available to customers outside the mainland UK.
4. Delivery outside the UK is shipped as 'international small packet' and must be under 1K. If your parcel is over 1K we will contact you. Shipping fees will be added to your order -- this is an option when you check out. Shipping within Europe: £8.00, shipping to the rest of the world: £10.00.
5. If a delivery attempt has been made, or a signature has not been possible to procure, then your parcel will be deemed to have been delivered. Please contact us if you have not received your delivery within 7 working days of your purchase, for us to track its location for you.

RETURNS
Our returns policy in no way affects your statutory rights.
1. All items returned to VTJ must require a signature for delivery, to ensure proper delivery.
2. All items returned to VTJ must be securely packaged. VTJ is unable to accept responsibility for items damaged in transit to us. We suggest return by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes an insurance provision. (Please see RETURNING A PURCHASE instructions below.)
3. Items returned within the VTJ '14-day Money Back Guarantee' must be unused, in original condition along with all original items of packaging and your proof of purchase. (Please see RETURNING A PURCHASE instructions below).
4. VTJ will not accept items for return which are outside 6 months of purchase date.
5. VTJ will not accept items for return that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accident, or intent, howsoever caused.
6. VTJ is unable to refund shipping and handling fees.
FAULTY ITEMS
All VTJ items are quality controlled and checked several times, however faults can occur. We are glad to refund the price paid, repair or replace any item which develops a fault within 6 months of purchase date. If item is out of stock or unrepairable, we may elect to repay the purchase price. Replacement items will be sent to you postage paid. (Please see RETURNING A PURCHASE instructions below.)
RETURNING A PURCHASE
1. Contact us to let us know you wish to return a purchase, via email: returns@valriteare.com or via telephone: +44 (0)207 639 5435. Your name, address, telephone number and email address are required. Please note the item, and describe the reason for returning it.
2. We will contact you with a reference number to be used on your RETURNS FORM (below).
3. Complete the RETURNS FORM below, listing your reference number. Indicate if you wish the return item to be REPLACED or REFUNDED. Include the completed form with the return item.
4. Items returned within the VTJ '14-day Money Back Guarantee' must be unused, in original condition along with all original items of packaging and your proof of purchase.
5. Make sure items are properly protected in bubble-wrap and then boxed, mark 'fragile' on the outside of package; we are unable to accept responsibility for items damaged in transit to us. Therefore, we suggest that you ship via Special Delivery, which includes an insurance cover whilst the items are in transit – should your item be lost or damaged you are covered to the value of the item.

7. VTJ is unable to accept responsibility for items damaged or delayed caused by the delivery service, and proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Therefore, all items returned to VTJ must require a signature for delivery.
8. When we receive your return, we will contact you.
9. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Credit card refunds may only be made to the same credit card as that used for the purchase.
10. Replacements may take up to 30 days to process. If we do not have the item in stock, we will contact you.
STOCKISTS
1. We endeavour to keep current VTJ Stockist lists, and we do not guarantee that all listed stockists carry items from our range at all times.
2. Stockists are free to charge the price they wish for VTJ items.
3. Prices on the VTJ website apply to items purchased via the www.valriteare.com website only.
4. Items purchased on the VTJ website may only be returned to VTJ, and items purchased from a stockist should be returned to that stockist.
5. The VTJ '14-day Money Back Guarantee' applies only to items purchased via VTJ directly (VTJ website www.valriteare.com, VTJ consumer fairs, or VTJ mail-order sales).
GENERAL
1. We understand shopping on the web is unique; therefore, product photographs, specifications and colours are sometimes not exactly what you expect. At VTJ we hope our products exceed your expectations, and we offer a '14-day Money Back Guarantee' to strengthen your confidence. Should you wish to return your goods within 14 days of receipt, please follow our returns policy.
2. At VTJ we pride ourselves in the finest quality metals, stones and pearls. All items are produced with .925 silver (unless otherwise stated, such as 18k solid gold), custom cut cubic zirconia stones, semi-precious stones, and freshwater pearls. VTJ does not guarantee the total absence of nickel or other components in its products, and does not accept any liability for allergic reactions known or unknown to any of its products.
3. VTJ endeavours to describe, photograph and specify each item accurately, however many items are produced by hand causing slight variations. Pearls by nature are irregular and natural, and by design are not meant to 'match' exactly. Stones are also hand-cut to Valri's specifications and vary slightly in shape and colour. Proper care and protection of pearls, CZs, gold detailing and .925 silver are required for all jewellery's sparkling longevity.
4. If you are not happy with any VTJ service or product in any way, please let us know. Customer satisfaction is our goal, and if you have a complaint, we want to hear about it. Please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve your problem.

1. All items featured on this website are owned and copyrighted by VTJ, including website design, text, layout, graphics, coding and most specifically photographs and jewellery designs. No item may be used for any purpose without written permission from VTJ. All materials on this website are for the sole use of placing an order with VTJ, and may not be used for any other purpose.
2. VTJ website will be updated and changed regularly, including VTJ Terms and Conditions.
3. VTJ prices, specifications and products may be changed, altered or removed at any time without notice.
4. VTJ does not guarantee that you will have continous access to this site.
5. VTJ does not warrant that this site shall be free from viruses or other harmful components.
6. It is unlawful to cause any nuisance, annoyance or inconvenience to VTJ, our customers or users of this VTJ site.
7. The liability of VTJ for direct loss arising out of the use of this website, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, is limited to the total value of the transaction under which the claim arises.
